Our services are for adults aged 18 and over who are located in Australia. We verify your age and identity using your identity documents before we open your account and before your first bet, under the AML/CTF Act 2006 (Cth) and the National Consumer Protection Framework. It is an offence to bet, or to enable a person to bet, on behalf of someone under 18. Keep your login details private and log out on shared devices; parental-control software (such as Family Zone or built-in device controls) can block gambling sites.

Tools to stay in control
From your account you can set deposit limits, take a deposit break, set reality reminders, or self-exclude. Deposit-limit reductions take effect immediately; increases are subject to a 7-day cooling-off period.
Deposit limits
You must set a deposit limit when you open your account — it is a mandatory step. You can lower it at any time with immediate effect; increases are delayed by a 7-day cooling-off period so a heated moment cannot raise your exposure.
Take a break (cool-off)
You can suspend your account for 24 hours, 7 days, 30 days, 90 days or 6 months from your account settings. During a break you cannot bet or deposit; your account stays open for withdrawals and to settle open bets.
Financial controls
We build financial safeguards into every account: a mandatory deposit-limit prompt at sign-up, no lines of credit and no credit-card payments (debit, PayID, BPAY and bank transfer only), funds accepted only from an account in your own name, and source-of-funds checks where appropriate. These controls help keep your spending to money you can afford to lose.
Activity statements & reality checks
We send a monthly account activity statement showing your total deposits, total bets, winnings and net position, so you can see what gambling is really costing you. You can also set reality reminders during a session.
Pre-commitment
We do not offer sign-up bonuses, bonus bets, deposit matches or any inducements to open an account or keep betting. Setting your limits in advance — pre-commitment — is the most effective way to stay in control.
Self-exclusion
If you need to stop, you can self-exclude with us for 3 months, 6 months, 1 year, 5 years or indefinitely. We will close your account to new bets and deposits and remove you from marketing for the chosen period.
