How do I open an account?

Hit “Join”, then enter your legal name, email, date of birth and a deposit limit. We verify your identity and age under Australian law before your first withdrawal.

What payment methods can I use?

Debit card, PayID, BPAY and bank transfer, plus Apple Pay and Google Pay when linked to a debit card. We do not accept credit cards or cryptocurrency for gambling, in line with the Interactive Gambling Amendment (Credit and Other Measures) Act 2023 (Cth).

Why don’t you offer bonuses?

Sign-up bonuses and bonus bets are inducements that are restricted under Australian wagering law and the NCPF. We offer fair fixed-odds markets instead.

Can I bet in-play on sport?

Online in-play wagering on non-racing sport is not permitted for Australian residents under the Interactive Gambling Act 2001 (Cth). Pre-match markets are available.

How do I set a deposit limit?

You set one during sign-up and can change it any time from your account. Decreases apply immediately; increases have a cooling-off delay.

How do I take a break or self-exclude?

How do I close my account and withdraw my balance?
